*Applicable for families outside of the Atlanta area who are members of their local JCC or families who do not live within 40 miles of a JCC.

PLEASE NOTE:
The fees above do not include the canteen fee – $190 for 4 weeks and $95 for 2 weeks – which covers daily canteen snack, camper t-shirt, camper laundry, and other incidentals.
We offer a sibling discount of $100 off for the first sibling and $400 off per sibling after the first sibling.

Deposit

A deposit of $500 is required to reserve a space for any program. The deposit will be reduced to $375 for anyone applying for financial assistance. The deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Schedule

Monthly Billing
Families may elect to pay monthly on the fifth of each month with the first payment due on October 5, 2023 and the final payment due on April 5, 2024. Families who register after October 5 will have the tuition divided evenly over the remainder of the billing schedule. Families who register after April 5 must pay in full.

Pay In Full
Families may also elect to pay in full. This payment will be due at the time of registration. There is no discount for paying in full.

Withdrawal / Cancellation Deadlines

Families who withdraw prior to February 1 will be eligible for a 100% refund (except for their deposit). After that, withdrawals will be managed on a rolling schedule:

  • February 1-February 29: 50% of tuition (after deposit) will be refunded.
    March 1-March 31: 25% of tuition (after deposit) will be refunded.
  • On or after April 1: No tuition will be refunded.
