Registration is now open! Click here or login to your camp account to complete and submit your application (view 2026 dates & rates here). We can’t wait to welcome your children to Camp Barney for Summer 2026!
Registering for camp is now a whole lot easier! Your Camp Account is now where you will complete your Camper Application AND the financial portion of registration!
Atlanta families: If you plan to become a summer member to receive the MJCCA member rate, that is the only part you will need to set up in the MJCCA Registration Portal before you pay the deposit.
All returning campers will need to complete a new application for Summer 2026.
Steps to Take Before You Register:
- Please feel free to email us if you have questions about camp! Your collaboration helps us provide the most meaningful and successful experience for your camper.
- Before registration opens, login to your existing Camp Account to verify that your contact information is up-to-date and that all parents or guardians are correctly listed. Your user id on your Camp Account is this email address.
- Atlanta families: MJCCA 2026 Summer Memberships are now available to purchase! To ensure you get the MJCCA member rate for Camp Barney, please become a summer member before registering your camper.
Registration Instructions:
- On Monday, September 8 at 7:00 am EDT, returning families can visit this page to enroll or login to your Camp Account via desktop (recommended) or mobile, or use your Campanion App and choose Camper Application to begin. You should be able to complete the camper application and financial portion in 5 to 10 minutes. Note: Please ensure you update your camper photo to a current one. Registration will open for all families on Monday, September 15 at 7:00 am EDT.

Additional Notes:
- A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required upon registration.
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a space for any program. The deposit will be reduced to $375 for MJCCA members applying for financial assistance. You must choose the MJCCA rate level when setting up your payment information.
- Families who withdraw prior to February 1 will be eligible for a 100% refund (except for their deposit). After that, withdrawals will be managed on a rolling schedule:
- February 1-February 29: 50% of tuition (after deposit) will be refunded.
- March 1-March 31: 25% of tuition (after deposit) will be refunded.
- On or after April 1: No tuition will be refunded.
REMEMBER: Your application is only complete once the camp application and the payment form are submitted.
