PLEASE NOTE: All first session options start on a Sunday and end on a Thursday (CBM Experience ends on a Friday) and all second session options start on a Monday and end on a Friday. View dates here.

Ready to enroll? Here is some helpful info:

Before you get started, have a photo of your child ready to upload. We suggest using a desktop.

Returning families: when registration opens you can login to your account to complete your application.

First-time families: when registration opens, visit this page for the link to the application. Once that is submitted, your Camp Barney Medintz (CBM) account will be created. Your CBM account is a portal that will allow you to access forms, make bunkmate requests, see photos, and email your child(ren) while at camp. To access your CBM account, click Account Login in the top right menu and access your account with the password you created during the application process.

All Families:  To make your application process go more smoothly, confirm that your account is up to date.  Access your CBM account by clicking on Account Login in the top right menu.

  • If this is the first time you are logging in or you don’t remember your password, click Retrieve/Set Password to establish your login settings. You will receive an automatic email to create your password.  If your account isn’t found it will be created when you submit your camp application.
  • Choose the Update Addresses/Phone Number Option under Your Family to verify that our information is current. You can also Choose the Login Details option under Your Account if you want to change your email or password.

IMPORTANT: The registration process is not final until you complete the financial portion via the MJCCA’s Registration Portal:
After submitting the Camp Barney Medintz application, you will be directed to login to the MJCCA Registration Portal to complete the financial portion.

We encourage you to confirm your login access to the MJCCA Registration Portal in advance. Existing MJCCA members and previous MJCCA program participants will already have an account. You must login with the email address associated with your MJCCA account. Please contact the MJCCA Registration Team at 678.812.4010 if you need any assistance with the portal. 

Make sure you have an MJCCA membership, if you live in Atlanta:
For all Atlanta-area residents, a current MJCCA membership is required for Camp Barney Medintz registration. Families living outside of Atlanta who are current members of their JCC may be eligible for the Out-of-Town JCC Membership rate. Learn more about MJCCA membership, become a member, or renew your membership by visiting the following links: Membership Options & Benefits, Membership Application, and  Membership Renewal.

REMEMBER: Your registration is only complete once the application and the payment form are submitted. You will be directed to the payment process at the end of the application.

A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required upon registration. All other tuition and fees will be refundable until April 1, 2022. Financial assistance and camper scholarships are available. For more information, click here.
