PLEASE NOTE:

  • The fees above do not include the canteen fee – $190 for 4 weeks and $95 for 2 weeks – which includes daily canteen snack, camper t-shirt, camper laundry, and other incidentals.
  • The fees above do not include the security fee – $140 for 4 weeks, $70 for 2 weeks, and $35 for 1 week.
  • We offer a sibling discount of $100 off for the first sibling, and $400 off per sibling after the first sibling.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a space for any program. The deposit will be reduced to $375 for anyone applying for financial assistance.

Payment Schedule

Monthly Billing
Families may elect to pay monthly on the fifth of each month, with the first payment due on October 5, 2026, and the final payment due on April 5, 2027. Families who register after October 5 will have the tuition divided evenly over the remainder of the billing schedule. Families who register after April 5 must pay in full.

Pay In Full
Families may also elect to pay in full. This payment will be due at the time of registration. There is no discount for paying in full. Payment for Discovery Day will be due in full at the time of registration.

Withdrawal / Cancellation Deadlines

Families who withdraw prior to February 1 will be eligible for a 100% refund (except for deposit). After that, withdrawals will be managed on a rolling schedule:

  • February 1–29: 50% of tuition (after deposit) will be refunded.
  • March 1–31: 25% of tuition (after deposit) will be refunded.
  • On or after April 1: No refunds.
